U2 donated €200,000 in support of the Irish backstage music industry workers as part of Saturday night's Songs from an Empty Room fundraising event.
Songs from an Empty room featured two hours of Irish music talent performing in empty iconic venues around the country.
Hosted by Eoghan McDermott and Jenny Greene, artists such as Picture This, The Coronas, Gavin James and Eve Belle performed.
All proceeds from the show will go to Minding Creative Minds and the Association of Irish Stage Technicians Hardship Fund.
U2 tweeted ahead of the event showing their support for "the people who make live music happen".
