The first trailer for the star-studded movie adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Cats has just dropped and fans have been getting their claws out on social media - branding it "creepy" and "weird as hell".
After seeing the first look at director Tom Hooper's reimagining of the stage production, many have taken to social media to express their bafflement at seeing stars such as Taylor Swift, Judi Dench, Idris Elba and Rebel Wilson transformed into CGI human-cat hybrids, complete with digital fur.
While Swift tweeted she is "a cat now and somehow that was everything", not everyone is impressed by their transformations.
