Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett has laughed off taking a tumble during the band's rain-soaked concert in Milan on Wednesday night.
Hammett was playing his solo during the song Moth to Flame when he took a spill, posting the video on social media afterwards.
"Ummm - I slipped on my wet wah pedal," wrote Hammett. "It rained so much I felt like I was playing guitar in the shower - #slipperywhenwet."
The band, and fans, will be hoping for better weather for Metallica's concert at Slane Castle on Saturday, June 8. Stiff Little Fingers and Fangclub have just been added to the previously announced bill.
