Limerick band whenyoung have released a cover of The Cranberries global hit Dreams as their new single.

The trio of Aoife Power, Niall Burns, and Andrew Flood have been playing their uncannily faithful version of the song by their fellow Shannon-siders live over the past few months and it’s proved to be a favourite with audiences.

The band, who recently played All Together Now and Latitude, continue their Ireland and UK tour into Autumn 2018, including a date at Electric Picnic.

whenyoung have already played support to Nick Cave, Patti Smith, Declan McKenna, and The Vaccines this year.

The cover of Dreams follows US band Bad Wolves success with their cover of Cranberries song Zombie, which was released as a tribute to front woman Dolores O'Riordan. who passed away in London last January.
