Michael Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato are expecting their third child.
A representative for the 42-year-old Canadian crooner confirmed the news to Entertainment Tonight at the weekend.
The couple are already parents to sons Noah, 4 and Elias, 2.
The news come more than a year after Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer. He underwent successful treatment in the US over the subsequent months.
Last April, Lopilato shared her relief at Noah's recovery after his cancer diagnosis, saying: "thank God my son is well".
The mother-of-two spoke at a press conference in Buenos Aires on Tuesday to mark her return to the movie she halted filming on after her son became ill.
She said: "When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes.
"It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today. I would like to thank people for their support, for the prayers they said, for their love."
Haven't Met You Yet hitmaker Bublé, who took an extended period of time off work in order to focus on his son's recovery, announced last November that he will be returning to the stage. He will perform a fully seated concert at Dublin's Croke Park on Saturday, July 7 2018 and will play Hyde Park in London on July 13.
Bublé and Lopilato wed in 2011.
