The animated series Vampirina, which is produced at Dublin based studio Brown Bag Films, has been renewed for a second season by Disney Junior.
The show stars the voices of TV legends such as Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek and Gilmore Girls actress Lauren Graham and follows a family of friendly vampires who have relocated from Transylvania to Pennsylvania.
The first season is shaping up to be a global hit, with over 49 million viewers worldwide.

Vampirina is produced in Smithfield in Dublin by Brown Bag Films, the animation studio behind the hit Disney Junior series Doc McStuffins.
Joe D'Ambrosia, Senior Vice President, Original Programming at Disney Junior, announced Vampirina's second season order, saying: "Vampirina's relatable experience of a young girl trying to adapt and blend in with her new schoolmates, while also celebrating her own uniqueness, has resonated with our audience of young kids and families.
"We look forward to sharing more stories about the loveable young Vee, her new friends and her fantastical world of dancing gargoyles, playful ghosts and cuddly werewolves."
