Irish Avengers: Infinity War star Tom Vaughan-Lawlor is among the guests on this week's Late Late Show, with Bridget & Eamon set to put their marriage to the test in a special Mr and Mrs quiz.
Vaughan-Lawlor is best known for his roles in Love/Hate (Nidge), Charlie (P.J. Mara) and Trial of the Century (Padraig Pearse) and his extensive stage work, but he is about to go global now with his role in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War.
Vaughan-Lawlor will play Ebony Maw in the film; a member of Thanos' Black Order in the Marvel Universe. He was recently seen shooting scenes with Benedict Cumberbatch, who will reprise his role as Doctor Strange for the release.
The actor will chat to host Ryan Tubridy about his new film Maze, which is inspired by the true events of the 1983 prison breakout of 38 IRA prisoners from HMP; the biggest prison escape in Europe since World War II.
Jennifer Zamparelli and Bernard O'Shea will also be on the show, with their alter egos Bridget & Eamon taking part in a special Mr and Mrs quiz.
Tennis legend Martina Navratilova and British broadcaster Vanessa Feltz will also be sitting down with Tubridy.
Hudson Taylor and Derek Ryan will provide the musical entertainment on Friday night.
The Late Late Show airs on RTÉ One, Friday at 9.35pm.
