Shia LaBeouf was arrested for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and obstruction in Savannah, Georgia in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The Transformers actor was taken into custody by local police around 4am on Saturday after he was seen in town unable to control himself, Variety reports.
All the charges he faces are misdemeanors. The exact details of the incident that led to his arrest are still unclear.
This is the second time the 31-year-old actor has been arrested this year. He was arrested in January in New York at his anti Donald Trump art installation after he allegedly had a scuffle with a man with different political opinions.
LaBeouf was also arrested in October 2015 in Austin, Texas for public intoxication.
The actor is currently filming The Peanut Butter Falcon in Savannah alongside Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson and Bruce Dern.
