Kim Kardashian is not leaving her husband Kanye West despite rumours suggesting that their marriage is in trouble following the rapper's recent well documented troubles.
However a source confirmed to E! News that the 36 year old reality star has no plans to leave the father of her two children.
She is said to be helping West to "get back on his feet" following his hospitalisation for exhaustion and according to the source she is "not leaving him she loves him".
West was being treated for sleep deprivation in Los Angeles after police were called to reports of a disturbance at his home. His hospitalisation came a day after cancelling his tour following a series of bizarre rants on stage.
"[Kanye] will remain getting outpatient treatment till he is fully recovered," according to the report.
"Kim wants him to continue getting therapy even after all of this. He has support from so many people."
The 36-year-old reality star is said to be recovering herself after being robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October. Jewellery worth around €10m was taken during the robbery including a ring worth €4 million.
"Kim is doing ok despite reports," the source said. "She has so many things on her plate so being overwhelmed is expected.
Reports emerged recently that filming on Keeping Up With The Kardashians had stopped for the rest of the year to allow Kardashian to recuperate, but producer Ryan Seacrest assured fans that they are still working on the series.
"There have been some reports that we halted production," Seacrest said.
"We did stop for a little bit, briefly, after the Paris incident, but since then we've been back in full production. We're shooting season thirteen."
