It's official! Dublin-born actor Aidan Turner is the sexiest man alive, well according to a new poll in Glamour magazine, that is. His fellow Irishman Jamie Doran makes No 2 in the magazine's new poll.
32-year-old Turner, famous for that topless scything scene in the BBC's reboot of seventies TV drama Poldark, topped the poll with a very impressive 340,000 votes from UK readers. The new poll represents something of a change of the guard with one-time favs Brad Pitt at No 91 and George Clooney at 95.
33-year-old Dornan from Holywood, Co Down played a serial killer in The Fall and a businessman with rather special requirements in Fifty Shades of Grey.
