Jedward have been working hard promoting their movie Sharknado 3 and it looks like its paid off because it has been confirmed that there will be a fourth instalment in the franchise, which they want to film in Ireland.

Sharknado 3 airs tonight on the Syfy channel and will see the twins making their big screen debut alongside their friend Tara Reid, Frankie Muniz, David Hasselhoff and Kelly Osbourne.

The Syfy channel has now confirmed the follow-up, which will allow viewers to influence where the plot goes.

Warning: Spoiler alert!

At the end of the movie, it is left unknown if leading character April Shepard (Tara Reid) survives a piece of space shuttle wreckage falling from the sky.

The screen cuts to black and a message appears asking viewers to decide on the face of the character on Twitter using the hastags #AprilLives or #AprilDies.

It looks like Jedward are firmly behind Team April, speaking to TEN today they said: "SpoilerAlert!! Everyone needs to Vote #AprilLives because Sharknado is nothing without Tara Reid!!

"Sharknado 4 needs to have Ed Sheeran because we all make the ultimate team of JedSheeran. Sharknado has turned into a TV Holiday that hopefully will be shown every year just like the Super Bowl.

"We are gonna try our hardest to make the NBC Universal Bosses film in the UK and Ireland for Sharknado 4".
