A representative for the No Country For Old Men star confirmed the happy news to People.
The actor proposed about two months ago, according to the publication, and the couple are said to have celebrated their engagement with a trip to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico.
They have been dating since March 2013.
Brolin was previously married to Alice Adair between 1988 and 1994 and Diane Lane between 2004 and 2013.
