The first teaser trailer for season two of True Detective has been unveiled, check it out here.
The haunting clip contains no dialogue and instead introduces the viewer to the main characters, played by Colin Farrell, Vince Vaughn, Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch, looking troubled as they engage in scenes of confrontation and violence.
The second season of the HBO anthology series is set in California and focuses on corruption in the police. Kitsch plays a cop who uncovers a strange crime scene and, in the ensuing investigation, teams up with a crooked policeman Ray Velcoro (Farrell), County Sheriff Ani Bezzerides (McAdams) and criminal Frank Semyon (Vaughn).
