Kim Kardashian West has been warned by a doctor that she may need to have her uterus removed if she becomes pregnant again.
The doctor's prognosis features on a clip from an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians which will air on E! on Sunday (April 5).
The reality TV star is upset as she explains the news to husband Kanye West over the phone.
She says: "This doctor that I saw today told me every worst case scenario... He was like, 'OK, when you have your baby, this will be your last one, the problem is your placenta grew onto your uterus'."
Kardashian West also reveals that she wants to have another child, saying: "When I was pregnant with North, I used to tell everyone there was no amount of money anyone could pay me to go through this experience again.
"And now, there is nothing on earth that I want more than to be pregnant again. I'm just so annoyed that my kids are going to be so many years apart."
The couple are already parents to daughter North, who they welcomed in June 2013.
