Delorentos, Damien Dempsey, Nathan Carter and the Kilfenora Céilí Band are among the acts confirmed for the inaugural INIS Fest, taking place in Ennis, Co Clare from June 26 to 28.
Also on the bill for the festival, which will see a 3,000-capacity big top tent erected at Tim Smythe Park, are Finbar Furey, Frankie Gavin and De Dannan and Hermitage Green, with more acts to be announced.
Weekend (€72) and nightly (€27) tickets go on sale on Friday February 20 from inisfest.com and through local charities Clare Crusaders, Lions Club of Ennis and Rape Crisis MidWest, all of which will receive some proceeds.
The Mayor of Ennis, Johnny Flynn, said: "INIS Fest is a real win for the people of Clare and surrounding counties, who now have a fantastic music festival right on their doorstep."
He added: "The festival will deliver huge benefits for the local economy and the tourist sector, while it will also help to promote the Clare County Capital as a vibrant and interesting place to visit.
"I have heard that some Clare people abroad are planning to return home for the weekend, which underlines the sense of community that this event will also bring."
