The Chanel finale walk at Paris Fashion Week yesterday was led by Cara Delevingne, while all of the models carried placards with feminist slogans.

The show's set was entitled Chanel Boulevard and was made to look like a Parisian street. For the finale walk all of the models, including Delevingne, Gisele Bundchen, Kendall Jenner and Joan Smalls all returned, placards and megaphones in hand in what looked like a feminist protest.

Placards were adorned with slogans such as "History is her story" and "Women's rights are more than alright" and the lone male model carried one that read "He For She" - a nod to the Emma Watson launched UN campaign for gender equality. Karl Lagerfeld sure knows how to make a statement!
