Lindsay Lohan is rooting for the Mean Girls producers and writers to make a follow-up to the 2004 teen classic. We also think it would be "totally fetch."
The movie's writer Tina Fey has stated on several occasions that she's not keen on bringing the high school-themed flick back to the big screen, but Lohan's not letting that stop her. In fact, she claims that she will "harass" Tina until it happens.
Speaking to Time Out, Lohan said: "People really love the movie: how do you top that?
“I was with Tina Fey the other day and I said we should do another Mean Girls, like an older version where they’re all housewives and they’re all cheating. That would be really funny. I’ll harass Tina to write it.”
