David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have finalised their divorce having had an on-off relationship since they first separated in 2008.
Duchovny reportedly filed for divorce in June of this year citing irretrievable breakdown of the relationship according to gossip website TMZ and a settlement has now been reached.
TMZ reports that Leoni will have primary custody of their two children although the former couple will share joint legal custody, with Duchovny paying approximately $8,000 a month in child support.
