Grey's Anatomy star Sarah Drew and husband Peter Lanfer are expecting their second child.
The actress, who plays April Kepner in the show, told People magazine: "Peter and I are delighted to announce our pregnancy. We can't wait to introduce Micah to his little brother or sister."
The couple's son is aged two.
The new series of Grey's Anatomy begins in the US on Thursday September 25.
