Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Thomas are expecting a baby girl.
The 30 Rock star announced last month that they were welcoming their first child together, and now Thomas has confirmed the gender.
The yoga instructor told TV show Extra: “Alec and I are overjoyed that we are going to be welcoming a little girl into our lives.”
The couple got married in June 2012, and Thomas discovered she was pregnant at Christmas.
She added: "It was something that we both wanted - I don't want to say it was a surprise and we didn't want it - we were very excited when we found out.
"But we just got married in June ... so it was a really nice Christmas present."
Baldwin is already a father to 17-year-old daughter Ireland from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
