American singer Anastacia has cancelled an upcoming European tour after she disclosed to her fans that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time.
The 44-year-old singer, who recently appeared as a guest judge on last year's X Factor, successfully fought off her first cancer battle in 2003.
Explaining to her fans in a Facebook post this week, the singer stated "I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to It's A Man's World Tour. It just breaks my heart to disappoint them".
Her management added that there is just "one goal" now in Anastacia's mind, "to make a full recovery with the support of her family, friends and everyone around her".
The singer has also battled Crohn's Disease since a child, as well as being diagnosed with an irregular heart rythym in 2008.
