Noel Gallagher has admitted that it is “hard work” working alone but doesn’t miss being part of Oasis.
It’s been three years since Noel Gallagher officially parted ways with Oasis and while he admits he struggles to be at his best “every night” when performing alone, he doesn’t miss his old band.
Speaking to NME Radio the AKA…What a Life hitmaker said: ''I don't miss it. I enjoy what I do now. This is a lot harder work than Oasis was, this is very hard on the brain, Oasis was hard on the soul. This is hard, you've got to be on it every night.
''When I was in Oasis, I'd shuffle on hungover, having been up late, by the time we got to my bits in the set I'd be very warmed up, but now I've got to be on it from the start.''
Noel , who decided to leave Oasis after a series of rows with his brother Liam Gallagher, also revealed that he rarely thinks about his old group now.
He added: ''I don't think about it too much now. If it was great I wouldn't have left, if it was all s**ts and giggles I wouldn't be doing this.''
