Paul Weller has become a father to twins. The 53-year-old rocker and his wife Hannah Andrews welcomed sons Bowie and John-Paul into the world on Saturday.
A statement on Weller's official website www.paulweller.com read: "Paul and his wife Hannah are happy to announce that their twins John-Paul and Bowie were born on Saturday.
"Both boys are healthy and doing well following the birth and Paul and Hannah are thrilled and over the moon.
"Paul would like to thank his fans for all their well wishes over the last few months. Congratulations to Paul and Hannah!"
Paul and Hannah married in a small ceremony on the Italian island of Capri in September 2010.
