Cork actor Cillian Murphy will play a DJ set this Sunday in Dublin in aid of Focus Ireland.

A Sort of Sunday at the Workman’s Club will be hosted by comedian Des Bishop and the line-up will also include Dublin bands Little Green Cars and Jape. Murphy, who is currently adjudicating at the 12th Kerry Film Festival will be spinning the discs for the charity that caters for the homeless in Dublin.

The star of Inception, whose latest film In Time opens next weekend, was speaking with Cathal Murray on RTÉ Radio One this morning about the charity event. Murphy recently reprised his role as Scarecrow in one of the most anticipated films of 2012, Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises.
