Amanda Holden has spoken for the first time about the pain of losing her unborn child on her official Twitter page.
Last night Amanda Holden wrote to her 332,000 followers on her Twitter page : 'Chris and I would like to thank you all for the thousands of messages offering support and love during this horrendous time.xx'
The star hadn't tweeted since January 31, when she posted that she was completing the last day of the 'Britain's Got Talent' auditions in Birmingham. At that point, all seemed to be fine with the progress of her unborn child. This is the first time she had made any comment in public since her tragic loss.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge lost her baby son seven months into her pregnancy and she is now grieving in private with her music executive husband Chris Hughes and their daughter Lexi.
The 39-year old actress and TV presenter was admitted to hospital earlier this month, worried that she had not felt the baby kick for a day. Sadly, doctors were unable to save his life.
