Celebrities have offered their condolences and support to actress and 'Britain's Got Talent' judge Amanda Holden following the announcement that she has lost the baby boy she was expecting.

Holden was seven months' pregnant when she lost her baby last Tuesday.

Presenter and musician Myleene Klass, who is expecting, wrote on Twitter: "My sweetheart. I'm so very sorry. Please God, watch over your family and your little angel in heaven."

'Dancing on Ice' judge and singer Emma Bunton, who is also pregnant, wrote: "Absolutely devastated for Amanda Holden and Chris [Hughes, husband]. Thinking of them and sending our prayers at this very sad time."

Holden's former 'Britain's Got Talent' colleague, Piers Morgan, wrote: "So desperately sad for my special friend Amanda Holden - sending her and Chris my love and prayers."

He later added: "They're both absolutely devastated, feel so sad for them."

Presenter Davina McCall said: "So sorry. Thinking of you and Chris."

Comic James Corden said he was "sending all my love and prayers to Amanda and Chris".
