Stephen Gately's partner Andrew Cowles will reportedly inherit around €1.1m from the late star's fortune after debts totalling over €2.1m have been repaid.
According to reports in today's newspapers, the Boyzone singer did not create a will before his sudden death last October.
However, intestacy rules have dictated that Cowles is to receive most money left over from the €3.9m sum, with around €520,000 going to Gately's parents.
Cowles previously insisted that he wouldn't accept any money from Gately's estate, and promised that all funds would go to charity and the musician's family.
Gately died in his sleep last year while on holiday with Cowles in Majorca.
