It has been confirmed by TVGuide.com that 'Avatar' star Michelle Rodriguez is to reprise her role as Ana Lucia Cortez in the final series of 'Lost'.
Entertainment Weekly, which broke the story, said that the actress would appear in at least one episode.
The network behind 'Lost', ABC, would not comment on when Rodriguez would return or the nature of her reappearance.
The character Ana Lucia was killed in Season Two of 'Lost' by Michael (Harold Perrineau) and returned in Season Five when Hurley (Jorge Garcia) was able to see the dead.
