One of the stars of 'Desperate Housewives' has revealed that their character will be stabbed in an episode of the sixth series.

While speaking to Fox411 in New York on Friday, Dana Delany was asked about the upcoming cliffhanger in the show involving an air crash.
Delany, who plays Katherine Mayfair, replied: "This week we’re shooting a big plane crash on Wisteria Lane."
She then added: "My character has just been knifed and is in the hospital, so I avoid the plane crash."
