Fans of 'Desperate Housewives' are set for a future shock in the new series.

Entertainment Weekly reports that following the upcoming air crash cliffhanger, an episode to be screened on American television in January will see the characters contemplating a number of 'What If?' scenarios.
Among the characters who will feature in the future sequences are the adult versions of Gaby (Eva Longoria Parker) and Carlos' (Ricardo Chavira) daughter Celia (Daniella Baltodano) and Mike (James Denton) and Susan's (Teri Hatcher) son MJ (Mason Vale Cotton).
The makers of the show are currently casting actors to play both characters as adults.
