Actor Brett Tucker has announced that he is planning to leave 'Neighbours' when his current contract expires.
According to The Herald Sun, the 37-year-old actor, who plays Daniel Fitzgerald in the show, is planning to move to the US.
Tucker said: "My contract was always two years and that was planned from day one."
"I have loved the opportunity, it has been fantastic to be on the show."
"I won a green card in the US lottery and I was thinking about moving there anyway. I finish in September and my flight is booked for October 6."
