Jennifer Hudson will perform on stage for the first time since the murders of her mother, brother and nephew when she sings the American national anthem at the Super Bowl next month.
E! Online reports that she will sing 'The Star Spangled Banner' at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on 1 February.
Last month it was reported by MTV News that Hudson would also be among the stars singing at the Recording Academy's MusiCares Person of the Year gala, which will honour Neil Diamond, in Los Angeles on 6 February.
Hudson's brother-in-law, William Balfour, was charged with the October murders in December.
