'Hollyoaks' star Jennifer Metcalfe has denied media reports which suggested that she is suffering from an eating disorder.
The actress, who plays Mercedes McQueen in the show, hit back at the claims, saying that she has gained four pounds since the summer.
According to Closer magazine, Metcalfe said: "Yes, I was looking a bit skinny, but I certainly didn't have an eating disorder."
"In fact, I'm very secure about my body."
