'Gavin and Stacey' star James Corden has slammed his former 'Hollyoaks' colleagues.
The 29-year-old actor and television presenter, who starred in the soap eight years ago, said that his time on the show was "awful".
In an interview with Esquire magazine, Corden said: "I can't tell you the sheer disdain I have for the place and the people. I met a couple of really good friends there, but it's (only) 20% nice people".
Referring to fellow actors, he said: "... all these people walking around with this chicken-in-a-basket fame, talking about going to LA, you know?"
Speaking about his new-found fame, since the success of 'Gavin and Stacey', he said: "Every aspect of my life, personally and professionally, feels so different.
"The stakes feel so much higher than they were. It's inconceivable to me that I could be on the cover of a magazine, because people on a magazine don't look like me."
