'Lost' creator JJ Abrams is to produce a new, as-yet-untitled supernatural thriller.
Variety reports that the film will be written and directed by 'Maria Full of Grace' director Josh Marston.
Abrams will produce the film through his production company, Bad Robot.
The trade daily says the storyline for the film is being kept secret.
Abrams begins filming the new 'Star Trek' movie on 5 November.
