American actress Mischa Barton, who formerly starred in 'The OC', has joined the cast of the new 'St Trinian's' film.
Other stars in the British film, a remake of the classic 1950s comedies, include Russell Brand, Rupert Everett, Lily Cole and Colin Firth.
The 21-year-old will play JJ French in the film, which is currently shooting in and around London.
The first film in the five-film series was 1954's 'The Belles of St Trinian's', which starred Alastair Sim as the headmistress, alongside Joyce Grenfell and George Cole.
