'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' presenter Chris Tarrant and his wife Ingrid have been granted a quick divorce.
A High Court judge rubber-stamped the uncontested divorce, five months after the television presenter publicly admitted that he was responsible for the break-down of the 15-year marriage by having a 7-year affair.
At the time Tarrant said that he was "deeply sorry" for the hurt that he had caused his "loyal wife and wonderful children".
"I have only myself to blame for the breakdown of my marriage," he said.
The television star and his wife were granted a "decree nisi", which brings their marriage to a legal end but neither are free to remarry until they are granted a "decree absolute".
