Chris Tarrant has completed a 24 hour sponsored silence for charity.
The first word he said on air after it finished was "Buttocks!"
He told listeners to his Capital FM breakfast show: "I just wanted to say buttocks so badly, I've never wanted to speak so much in my life."
Tarrant has pledged to donate £1,000 to the Centrepoint charity for the homeless for every word he spoke over the 24 hours.
He also revealed his children told him: "We're going to bed when we like and you can't say anything."
Tarrant saved his biggest rant for his producer, who upset him by playlisting music by bands such as Talk Talk, and tracks like 'Words'.
