Morgan Freeman has joined the cast of 'Gone, Baby, Gone', the directorial debut of Ben Affleck.
The Boston Herald reports that the film began shooting in the city on Monday.
Based on the Dennis Lehane novel of the same name and adapted by Affleck, 'Gone, Baby, Gone' also stars the director's brother, Casey Affleck, Michelle Monaghan and Ed Harris.
It tells the story of two private detectives in Boston investigating the case of a missing child.
