An imaginative black comedy, 'Six Shooter' stars Brendan Gleeson in the lead role, along with Rúaidhrí Conroy, David Wilmot and Aisling O'Sullivan.

The film was shot on location in Wicklow, Waterford and Rosslare.

McDonagh, who won his second Best New Play Olivier Award for 'The Pillow Man', first gained recognition with the multi-award winning 'The Beauty Queen of Leenane'.

McDonagh's work has been sold to over 40 countries and has been translated into over 28 languages, gracing stages from Broadway to Sydney to the West End.
