Pop star Madonna will lend her voice to the cast of an animated film directed by Luc Besson, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The 3-D film is called 'Arthur' and has been adapted from a series of children's books written by Besson.
The French director also wrote the screenplay for the film.
Madonna has been cast as the voice of Princess Selenia.
The $80 million English-language movie is scheduled for a 2006 release.
