It features shots of model Adriana Lima in Venice, intercut with shots of Dylan's face.
The ad uses Dylan's song 'Love Sick' from his 1997 album 'Time Out of Mind'.
Victoria's Secret has reported an increase in sales since the ad debuted last week.
It is the first time in his career that Dylan has appeared in an ad campaign.
