Bob Dylan has been confirmed to top the bill at the 2004 comeback Fleadh festival in London on 20 June.
The annual celebration of Irish music was cancelled last year with promoters having difficulties finding a suitable headlining act.
Dylan will join Counting Crows and 20 more band for the festival in Finsbury Park, which is expected to attract up to 30,000 people.
The London Fleadh was first staged in 1990 and previous performers include Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Van Morrison and The Pogues.
