Robert Redford has signed up to star in a new thriller called 'The Clearing'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that English actress Helen Mirren is in talks for the role of Redford's wife in the movie.
'The Clearing' tells the story of Redford's wealthy businessman who is kidnapped and whose wife – the role lined-up for Mirren – must deliver the ransom.
Shooting is set to begin in North Carolina on 23 September.
