Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are being sued by a man who claims that they stole his idea for their hit MTV show 'The Osbournes'
Gary Binkow says that he met with the couple and executives from Miramax several times between 1999 and 2000.
He claims that they used his idea without his consent and without compensating him and he is now suing the couple for breach of contract and fraud.
A spokeswoman for Sharon Osbourne said that previously published documents show that Binkow did not come up with the idea.
