Rock star Ozzy Osbourne's wife Sharon has said her cancer has spread.
Sharon, credited with reviving her husband's career after he was fired from heavy metal band Black Sabbath, underwent colon cancer surgery on 3 July.
In an interview with People magazine she revealed that one of two nearby lymph nodes removed during the procedure had since tested positive for cancerous cells.
The star of reality TV show 'The Osbournes' will now undergo a three month course of chemotherapy.
