Five construction workers were injured, one critically, when scaffolding collapsed at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles where preparations are underway for Sunday's Oscars. The workers were erecting the 30-foot stand for camera crews near the red carpet area where the stars pose before entering the auditorium. Four workers were on the scaffolding when it collapsed, and one was under it.
