Hands on - Wallis Bird talks to RTÉ Arena about her new album

Acclaimed singer, songwriter and producer Wallis Bird talks to Seán Rocks on RTÉ Arena about the release of her seventh studio album, Hands. Listen above...

Also known as Nine and a half songs for nine and a half fingers', in reference to a childhood accident that permanently damaged her left hand, Wallis' new album sees the Wexford-born, Belin-based artist turning of the spotlight onto herself, and addressing themes of trust, alcohol abuse, stagnation, self-censorship and self-improvement, all delivered in Bird's singular style.

Tune into to RTÉ Arena live nightly from Mon-Fri on RTÉ Radio 1 from 7 pm - or listen back here.
