Listen: Jo Burns reads from her poem Attrition
Dagogo Hart is a Dublin-based poet, playwright, performer and spoken-word artist, and his poetry is inspired by his home town in Lagos and his experiences since moving to Ireland.
He joins Olivia to talk about The Home Project, a series of three film-poems that attempt to capture the soul of a home and the essence of what it means to be at home from the eyes of immigrants.
Two of the films, Uruemu's Home, and Maggie and Julia's Home, are already available on the Poetry Ireland YouTube channel. The third film, Tobi's Home, will be released at 7 pm on Monday 13 December. Dagogo Hart reads from Maggie and Julia's Home here.
