A Thing I Cannot Name - writer Megan Nolan on her opera debut

In A Thing I Cannot Name, a new Irish National Opera film premiering at this year's West Cork Festival, three very different women are connected only by the intensity of their wildly dissimilar desires.

Author Megan Nolan, whose first novel, Acts of Desperation was published to huge acclaim earlier this year has taken up the role of librettist alongside director Aoife Spillane-Hicks - they talk to RTÉ Arena above.
